Do I need a parking permit to use My Way in Amsterdam?

No. My Way garages are private, off-street locations. You book a guaranteed space in the app, so no city permit or paid-parking zone applies to your spot.

What happens if I stay longer than booked?

No problem. Your session simply continues and you pay for the extra time at the same hourly rate, capped at the daily maximum. You can also extend your booking in the app at any time.

How do I set up the app for the first time?

Download My Way, add your licence plate and a payment method once, and you are ready. Reservations are a single tap drive in, the ANPR camera reads your plate, and the barrier opens automatically.

Is EV charging available in Amsterdam garages?

Yes, at selected locations. Filter for "EV charging" in the app to see garages with chargers, then start a charging session straight from your parking booking.

Can I cancel a reservation?

Most Amsterdam garages offer free cancellation right up until your session starts. The cancellation policy is always shown clearly before you confirm.
