1. Our services

a) Our services – The personal data we collect is used for the facilitation and improvement of our services, including:
- Executing all activities related to parking actions
- Complaints and customer service
- Newsletters
- Unique offers from our partners (see 2b.)
- Legal obligations
- Job applications
- For improving our services

We will not use your data for other purposes unless you have given specific permission to do so.

b) Limitation of service execution – If you choose not to share certain personal data, we may not be able to (properly) execute certain services for you

2. What information and why

a) What information – Depending on the type of service you use from us, we collect and process the following (personal) data:

- Personal details
- Name, address, city
- Email address
- Profile photo
- Reservation details
- Start and end time, type of vehicle
- License plate
- Location
- GPS location of your phone
- Payment details
- Credit card or bank details

b) Unique offers – If you have indicated that you want to receive unique offers (such as vouchers or discounts on certain services) from our partners, such as hotels, your email address may be used for this purpose. You can always choose to no longer use this service.

c) Newsletter – If you have indicated that you want to receive the MyWay by Vicky newsletter, your email address will be used for this purpose. You can always choose to no longer use this service.

d) Job applications – We will delete all information collected for the application process no later than four (4) weeks after the completion of the application process, unless the applicant is hired by MyWay by Vicky or you have given permission for its use.

e) Retention period – We will only keep your information as long as you are a member of the MyWay community. When our agreement, as defined in the General Terms and Conditions, ends, your information will be deleted after a maximum of one (1) year.

f) Outside the EU – Your information is not shared with third parties outside the EU.

3. External service providers

a) Third parties – MyWay by Vicky may use external service providers for its services. For this, MyWay by Vicky will always conclude a processing agreement in accordance with this privacy policy. This may involve the following activities:
- Facilitating our services
- Providing a service on our behalf
- Analyzing our services

b) Sharing information – We will only share your information with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our services. These external service providers are required to use or share your information for nothing other than these services.

c) Receiving information – Your information may be shared with MyWay by Vicky, for example by other parking apps. We will only use your information for executing a parking action.

d) National Road Traffic Service – MyWay by Vicky uses the RDW (National Road Traffic Service) to automatically collect information about your vehicle, such as the type of vehicle and color.

4. Security

MyWay by Vicky will take appropriate measures to ensure that your information is secure with us. Access to your data is not possible for unauthorized persons. Additionally, we ensure that our systems are regularly updated.

5. Your rights

a) Rights regarding the processing of your personal data – Under privacy legislation, you have the following rights:

- Right of access; you can ask MyWay by Vicky what personal data we process about you, why we do this, and for how long.
- Right to be forgotten; you can ask MyWay by Vicky to delete all your personal data.
- Right to rectification and supplementation. You can submit a request to MyWay by Vicky to have incorrect information rectified.
- Right to data portability. You can ask MyWay by Vicky to transfer your personal data to another party.
- Right to restriction of processing: you can ask MyWay by Vicky to limit the processing of your data.
- Right to object; you can ask MyWay by Vicky not to use your data for marketing purposes.

6. Logged data and cookies

a) Logged data – In the event of an error message in the app or website, we collect data and information. This logged data includes, among other things, your IP address, type of phone, operating system, your app settings, and the time and date of the error message.

b) Cookies – Our website uses cookies that collect information for improving our services. You can accept or reject these cookies. If you reject them, we cannot guarantee optimal service.

c) Google Analytics – Our app and website use Google Analytics to analyze user behavior.

d) Links to other websites – Our services may refer to other websites. When you click on such a link, you will be directed to that website. We advise you to review the privacy policy of the respective websites.

MyWay by Vicky updates its Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do this, we will notify you. We advise you to review our privacy policy again.
