The parking garage

The garage is located beneath the Surplus Elisabeth Breda building.

You get easy access to the location via the license plate cameras. As a pedestrian, you access the garage through the building's main entrance. Between 11 PM and 6 AM you need to ring the bell to enter the building, and the security guard will let you in.
