Powering the Future: PostNL x Pluq x My Way EV Charging in Amsterdam Bijlmer
As cities increasingly introduce no-emission zones for delivery vans, logistics providers are rapidly transitioning to electric fleets. PostNL, the Netherlands’ leading package delivery company, is at the forefront of this change, moving toward a fully electric fleet to reduce emissions and future-proof its operations. To support this transition, My Way partnered with PLUQ, a specialist in cost-effective slow AC charging solutions, to create an off-street charging area at PostNL’s office parking lots in Amsterdam Bijlmer. This initiative enables PostNL’s EVs to charge overnight efficiently while ensuring a seamless experience for both fleet managers and drivers.
For PLUQ, the collaboration with My Way provides a complete user experience solution. By outsourcing the UX and support, PLUQ can focus on delivering reliable charging services while gaining access to secure locations that require controlled entry and exit. Additionally, the partnership offers real-time insights into EV occupancy and usage, helping PLUQ optimize operations and better manage the charging infrastructure across PostNL’s fleet.
